I am preparing to ride 250kms over the weekend of June 27th-28th across the Canadian Rockies with hopefully around another 3,000 crazy people for The Ride to Conquer Cancer and need Sponsoring.....! My arse may be in need of support by the end of it but I'm not asking for help on that one!

You can make ANY donation by following this link http://ab09.conquercancer.ca/site/PageServer?pagename=ab09_homepage once you are there please follow these instructions:
On the main page to the left under Welcom Visitors you will find " DONATE" click on that
Then click on " Search for a Participant" and enter my name in the required fields and click on the button below "Find a Participent"
Once the name appears in yellow writing in the black box below where you entered my name click on the YELLOW name
Then you click on the "Sponsor Felix Rooke" button.
Once you're in the next section you make a choice of what you would like to sponsor me for, if those pre selected amounts are NOT what you want to donate then click on the FREE WHEELER box and add in whatever amount you would like to donate.
